As managing director of corporate governance within Moody’s Investors Service North American
Credit Policy Group, Mark Watson oversees Moody's work on corporate governance globally.
Prior to joining Moody's in 2003, he was a senior expert at McKinsey & Company, where he helped
establish its global corporate governance practice. Prior to this position, Mr. Watson was corporate
governance executive at the U.K.'s Institute of Directors and head of policy research at the U.K.'s
National Association of Pension Funds.
